Xanax Retard

Do these pills have any recreational value at all ?
Guessing because of the time release its a no....
And i only have one dosed at 0.5 mg

I've taken about 3 total, each of the same dose as your pill. When only on the xanax, after a short time period I became extremely calm, and had no worries about anything. Mixed with pot, I got extremely high, and then extremely tired, way more so than I should have for the volume and quality of bud smoked.
