how easy is it to find a job there ? i know it depends on a lot of things but...

I mean for someone that does not speak dutch but does english, spanish, portuguese and little bit german, and has european residency? Obviously a coffeeshop/smartshop job would be wonderful but I bet there a tons waiting in line. Basically anything reasonably interesting for an intelligent person would be nice.

are there many 'wanted' signs around? Or does this crisis and and not speaking dutch creating too big a barrier?

To work in a shop, it helps if you speak some German and French, and are fluent in English and Dutch. I don't think there are many wanted signs hanging around, but I did spot one in the cafetaria of a New Age store two days ago. But it's not easy finding a job right now.

If you had blond tits and big hair it wouldnt be a problem to find work there .

GOD is right.

why don't you make an investment. open your own coffee shop :D

^I don't want to spoil the party, but you can't.

There is no way to open a new coffeeshop. The only way to get one is to buy one with a license and noone is crazy enough to sell their shop, because it rakes in tons of cash.

thats to bad..

why can't new ones be created?

greenwizard a dit:
why can't new ones be created?

Well you have to have a permit and a few years ago they decided to only cancel permit and not give out new ones.
Just to reduce the number of coffeeshops (they're thinking:"A lot of coffeeshops will fuck up the rules one time or another" and unfortunately some of them do)
