whats the trick?

Is there some trick to using the search on this site? I cant even pull up threads I read last wk. must be some trick to it.

No there's no trick to it, other than to use only one word at a time, and don't expect too much from it. Sometimes it's easier to find a thread using a regular search engine, adding the word 'psychonaut'. Type "ego-death psychonaut" in Google, and see what you get. Even "psychonaut picture" puts the Picture Association MKII thread all the way up in your search results.

Try using the search option in the forum section (centre, below the blue/pink top) instead of the search option on the right hand side in the pink bar.
