What's the easiest mushroom to cultivate?

I'm ready to buy some spores! I got all I need so far except the spores.. I was wondering what would be the absolute easiest/potent/fastest mushroom to grow for a first time grower.. I'm ordering from www.sporestore.com the spores seem pretty cheap.... $9.95 free shipping witch kinda worries me :? I have a choice between.. Malaysian, Z-strain, Hairy Buffaloes, B-Plus, Golden Teacher, Plantasia Mystery, PES Hawaiian, Equador, Oasis, StarGazers, Amazon, Tresure Coast, Huautla/Oaxaca, Burma, Puerto Rican, Mazatapec, Nepal/Chitwan, and PF classic. I was hoping that they would have Azurenscens But they don't

i have ordered a starter kit from azarius, they are golden teacher. so i guess this one is easiest?

i think psilocybe mexicana is the easiest one, because you only need the mycelium and truffels, you don't need to grow the actual mushrooms.
inoculate a jar, and wait

In the US most grow kits give you Psilocybe Cubensis spores. I am not sure if they're the easiest but I am also not a mushroom cultivator.
