yeah its a vacuum chamber, desacator.

You hook a vacuum up to it, all the moisture is evaporated out of the mushrooms.

lol well ive never seen anything like it. deffinatly way cooler than sitting them in a paper bag lol. ide ask if it can be used for bud, but slow curing is the way to go.
