What is spirituality ? What does it mean to be spiritual ? What do i have to do , or what strategy do i have to follow to live a spiritual life ?

It's figurative, really...it means, 'drop labels' they are cheating you out of reality, and spirituality.

When we say 'look at that tree'

we have shortchanged the organism that lives and breathes and has a secret life we DON'T see...not can't see....

It is like saying a stick figure drawing is a 'man'.....no, it is a crude representation of a man.

So is calling him a 'man'.
