last night i took a good dunt of mushrooms. about 3 hours in my pet ferret came into the room and just stared at me for a good 10 minutes. shes very friendly but not normaly big on eye contact. i dont think i was doing anything too out of the ordinary. ive noticed her do this before and have seen cats do similar things, including folowing me about. do your pets exhibit similar behaviour? the ferret wont come anywhere near me if ive been drinking. what gives us away?

YES! I thought I was alone! My dog, for the past several years or so, ALWAYS barks up and down whenever i burn the ganja. like...i'll even go outside and come in and there he is. like a little cop weener dog. he won't shut the hell up even for a second. really pisses me off.

it isn't just him. my other dog is younger and more keen than him when it comes to eyesight and can obviously tell when i'm in a different state of consciousness. he won't stop fuckin staring at me. it makes me think "am i really that obvious?" haha

...but yeah it's a very strange concept how animals can figure things like that out.

When I smoke Cannabis outside and there is a dog nearby, in 90% of the cases, the dog smell it and comes over to me. They seem to like the smell of it. I also heard some stories from people that I know that the dog / cat likes to eat from the Cannabis plants.

Make that 2 :D

My cat almost never visits my room, she prefers her own place on the carpet in the livingroom. But whenever I decide to make a mushroomtrip on my own, she enteres my room, jumps on my chair, and doesn't leave until my trip has ended. I often think my cat is the guardian of the universe during those trips.... Heh....

dogs are the galactic police from Sirius. a couple of us were tripping down the road one night when a dog walked past. steve said out of the blue- evening officer!- and the dog stopped turned round and gave us a look that made us all a bit uncomfortable. the dog followed us about peeking round corners ang acting suspiciously for a good 15mins.maybe itds gone into deep cover. who gnows. my friend adele had a cat who liked martini with a j worth crumbled into it. it needed no coersion to eat tthe pot and drink the martini. the cat lived to 18 years

Hmhm, both cat and turtles. Especially the turtles flip when I'm tripping near them. Actually I once had mushrooms, and one of the turtles started staring at them, in a weird way. Then I grabbed one out of the box and held it in front of her, you should've seen the longing look in her face :P

Weird shit,

Peace

Animals are way more intelligent then we often think 8)
I  Cats!

And Rats :p
They always came chilling with me when I had smoked weed,
chilling on my lap or shoulders or even in my hoody :D

maybe they are wondering at what they're lookin ... an animal or an plant .

maybe they know plants but don't really care about them and just think that they're there . but i mean mushrooms seem to be something different, they have characteristics of animals and plants . :P

i think animals are a lot smarter than most humans because of their natural sense of self and not having a complex mind like a human. so they perceive the worlds more naturally and perceive more subtle changes in their environment... of course there are also "humanized" animals who are dumber in that way in comparison to more natural animals ... but they might have learned something from the humans as welll, some animals do that ... ;)

peace.

see the thing with animals is that they are nature..
we're not. we're humans. we once were nature too, we were animals.. now we're aliens or whatever.
an animal understands magic, and we're just bozo's trying to find the magic however it's everywhere around us.

bummer though, you could almost say we're programmed robots.

that's quite close to the truth .,.. speaking of we as humanity..

Maxi and me got two cats from some animal shelter a few years ago. One of the cats was very scared, probably abused before she came at our house. It was impossible to pet her, she would run away for every movement, every sound, just Stressed with a capital S.

So about two years ago we did mushrooms, it was the first trip for Maxi my girlfriend. We both had two glasses of mushroom tea to drink and she left the second half of the second glass next to the window.

At some point, after the peak I noticed something moving near that glass and of course, it was the scared little cat. She was actually drinking the mushroom tea. In a reflex I shoo'd her away. An hour later she was sleeping on our bed (for the first time ever), purring like some electric drill and completely at home (that night anyway) and since then, she has become gradually more ok with us, less scared, playful and, she always wants to be petted now, jumps in your lap, rolling over like there's not other goal in life.

So I wonder, did any of you ever take shrooms with your pet?

;)

never intentionaly took shrooms with a pet though years back i was drying a pile of shrooms and while turning them over our kitten lept onto the pile and attacked them, then ran off with a couple in her mouth. i assumed she'd drop them but shortly after she bounced back in sideways and proceded to attack imaginary things, climbed curtains walls attacked our feet and generally went mental for the night. she had a great time although my girlfriend was v angry at me for weeks

animals on drugs are great!! but i guess they have more probability to get "stuck" on it and get "crazy" :D drunk animals are great too or animals that have eaten fruits that went bad which is similar anyway...

the cats of a friend who is a bonghead are stuck on weed but they are really cool ... if you would compare their "personality" to a human character they'd be insane i guess :D

peace bros .. 8)

my dog once ate marihuana from the plants growing in my backyard. He was never been so quiet, almost lying down for the whole day.
