Ways of ingesting mdma

Hey guys, i just bought my self 1 gram of mdma powder. But i don't know how to ingest it, i heard that you can wrap it rolling paper and then swallow it down your throat. And I also know that i can buy some capsules, but since they are most of the time made of gelatin, and i don't use animal products, it would not be my way of ingesting mdma.

So has anyone suggestions how to take my mdma?

The first couple times I did MDMA I used to dissolve it in a glass of water. Now I mostly wrap it in rolling paper and swallow like a pill but I noticed it sometimes takes to much time to kick in. DON'T snort it, it's painful.

When i take it ,i just lick my finger to make it a bit wet, then i put it in the powder to take a bit mdma ,put my finger in my mouth and ingest it with some water or juice. It doesn't taste very well ,but hey ,it's not a disaster and i can control the amount i take very well.

Capsules, stir it in a warm drink, snort it, really you can do about anything with it except shoot/smoke. And, MDMA isn't that bad up the nose. (Did 3 lines of some last night and really enjoyed the effects.)
