They seem very anti-drugs. For instance they do not take about use of drugs but consequently use the term 'abuse'. This doesn't sound very scientific to me, it looks more like an attemp to justify the war on drugs.

Hah no not really
Just had to investigate the narcotic trafficking by Nigerians, causes and prevention and that stuff. It was pretty interesting, for once!
I found out they have some quality weed over there ^^

they actually do^^ just, if you ever go there don't let your driver buy it for you...he would keep the good stuff and hand you over some shit it might be just tea leaves. lol
