We made an amusing trip to Damanhur, near Turin, Italy. We first made a short stop at the Radhadesh community where I lived between 1993 and 1998.

Back from our holiday, we made our very first homemade space cookies.
Before...

After...

We had a great Friday evening.

Then it was Sunday.
Try everything once...

"I'm seeing rainbows everywhere."

After about 5 hours of pleasant confusion we finally managed to go outside for a walk. The sun was setting and the mist was creating a magical atmosphere everywhere, but especially in the park.

"Ha! Just see, I told ya, rainbows everywhere!"

Yes, it was her first experience with this compound. So far all psychedelics had made her feel like lying down throughout the trip, often experiencing nausea (even with mushrooms and mushroom tea). I figured acid might be more suitable for her because I've never experienced stomach or intestinal disturbances from them and often feel like going on a walkabout or a bicycle ride, whereas with shrooms I feel like lying down most of the time. And it was a succesful experiment: no digestive disorders (we even ate ice cream and then a pizza during the trip) with a beautiful walk outside. It was 100 mcg and lasted quite a while, but at no point was it disorienting or confusing. Very different from shrooms actually...

Yes, with every psychedelic I have to throw up in the end, or lie down for a full 10 to 12 hours and fall asleep. When I try to move I feel the nausea coming up. Even with MDMA I didn't like walking around, because of my stomach and my breathing circulation.

With LSD everything was ok, a little uncomfortable but I could move, that was a big relief. I did not have any intense experiences though during the trip. Everything was a chaos, both extremely funny and sensual. But I still had a good grip on my mind and did not go very far into the cosmos. No heavy psychological confrontations. I felt I was back in the 60's. Though I had fun doing the trip, I missed the profound spiritual feeling I have with mushrooms. I was surprised to see how long the LSD effect lasts. After 12 hours everything was still alive and constantly changing.

I have never enjoyed a walk in the park as much as that sunday evening. The colors were magical, and the sunset and the rainbow were a synchronised event just for us I could almost see the elves of Lord of the Rings walking around.
