Tolerance for San Pedro the same as lsd or psilocybin?

I have just had a trip on San Pedro that I kind of aborted prematurely while ingesting the stuff (I felt super tired suddenly, and I had only taken about 1/3 of the pulp from ~35cm, so I thought I just abort and keep the rest).

However, I went to bed and had one of the best mescaline trips ever (I wasn't sleeping most of the time but dream-tripping)
Somewhere in the early morning I was even having these kind of "electric" visuals I have never experienced before, and the trip lasted about 12 hours I guess. I was having a very good time after getting up from bed, because I was still tripping hard...

I think the cactus I got was pretty good, and I guess the rest of the pulp (2/3 of the material that I put in the freezer) will be a really good trip. Now what do you think: will the material suffer from the freezing, and how long should I wait to get a good effect from it? Will four or five days be enough?

suposidly, when you freeze it it breaks down the mesc alkaloids, making it actually better? im guessing if you consume it within the next few days or so.. but im really not 100% sure. the reason i was replying is about the tollerence. iv dont cacti 7 days in a row, and found i gained absolutly no tollerence to the substance. i did up the dose a bit towards the last few trips, but that just made the trips so much stronger. (my trips consisted of about 16in of pedro each)

I think the best way to store a cactus piece would be in a bag with some dessicant? (Silica Gel, etc)

I know I had a 20cm cutting that I had to throw away because I did not dry it properly and it molded up and was oozing out slime, etc. Very fun stuff, if you keep it with some dessicant I think it would be much better.

Mescaline is phenethylamine and Alica is triptamine (agonize 5HTa2 like psilocin).
So U can't mix Mescaline and MDMA or MDA, not mixing, meaning cross tolerance would come out for sure, but Alica OK.

Mescaline and Alica or Shrooms can.

But also U can mix Alica and MDA***.

Alica and shrooms also with DMT cause DMT is 5HTa1 agonist.

Cacti is norephinephrine agonist. LSD, shrooms and DMT are serotonine ones. OK, DMT is 5HTa1 agonist and LSD&Shrooms are 5HTa2. Also shrooms have affinity for other receptors in seretonine specter but even nowadays this is enigma. So everyone place psilocin into LSD basket.
MDA and MDMA are norephinephrine agonist also like mescaline. Cacti is mescaline. Sorry for wrong spelling.

But what I want to say?
If U take MDMA and afterwards LSD, Alica will work fine, no matter if U took MDMA or not! But if U have taken shrooms, no! Shrooms and Alica have cross tolerance based on 5HTa2 receptors. Weaker effects for sure!
DMT and shroom or LSD is also fine! DMT act on 5HTa1 and psilocin on 5HTa2. No cross tolerance but interactions yes! Why? Cause U have push out your serotonine out of post synapse and now U have them in big numbers over there. Such crowd can, but only lightly affect DMT cause this crowd are going to Rock concert and DMT ones are going to listen trance.

Mescaline and MDMA are worshipers of classic music, different culture, different entrance.. So U see now why and how some things effect each other. Things? Better word is psydelics.

Question: GOD, U told that mescaline act on U whole week or 7 days? And U have ingested new dose each day? How much?

Goran i think you missunderstood what i said . I meant that no one can take Mescalin for 7 days and have no tolerance or get a trip every time . I`ve never tryed it that often behind each other , 1 trip a month would have been more than enough for me . I think 2 - 3 - 4 a year is good if one takes a real trip . I can understand someone taking very small tonic doses more often but then one doesnt get a trip . I think a real Mescalin trip puts most people on the floor .

Why I am asking U this. Cause this is very good Idea! When U write something after reading comments, post can very easily sound weird just like mine now. But U have experience how to sensible read my English writings and spelling so U very easy brake my "Enigmatic" English postings.

I sometimes reply straight away without writing things down first , but i have to be carefull that someone doesnt answer while i`m writing or that i get loged out in the mean time . I often write ideas down and then write posts so i can get what i want to say clear and if i dont like it edit it before i post it . I have 26 started posts at the moment and 8 others that are ready . I dont think its a good idea posting to many at a time as then they tend to get lost somehow . Freeze it, or dry it in an oven at very low temperature, maybe 100 degrees C. Slice it up and spread it out to dry it.

Tolerance is based on the doses of the recent past. If you did a lot in the recent past, there would be a lot of tolerance. If you only did a little, not much tolerance.

By "a lot" or "a little" I mean based on the level of effects, the scale you can find on erowid, low, medium, high...

If a low dose is taken, there is very little tolerance a week later. It isn't noticeable. Even 5 days later, a strong dose would simply overcome it.

In the case of a medium dose, I think a gap of 2 weeks between doses is a good idea.

As for high dose, I don't know, but I think longer separation.

What I have said isn't from scientific literature, just experience reports.

So mescaline does not create a tolerence? Not like Psilocybin and LSD were they create a tolerence, and also a cross tolerence?

I think you have the process mixed up. When you have fresh cacti, and you freeze it, it will break down the cell walls in the cacti, making it easier to extract the mescaline alkolids. This is what they say at least, Goran, true? yes/no?

The dose should be packed as small as posible . Freezing it wont hurt it .
