hey all,

i don't know whether it's the best possible title or so... but i thought maybe you psychonauts have a view on that.
i mean the polarity of black and white and what is in between could be seen as a whole basis of psychology.
like good and bad... light and dark. or consciousness and unconsciousness... a matter of perspective in a certain way. stuff like that and symbollism in that context. i think emotions at least symbollically have a lot to do with colors.... or in chakra theory...spiritual wheels reacting on color???
to me on psychedelics..mostly shrooms and weed... colors somehow seem to have a much deeper meaning and a much more intense apperance... but sometimes i get that effect, too when i meditated...
sometimes even as if they glow.. lol :)

The title is perfect. And you really nicely made this. It is informative and easy to understand.

I was high as fuck and I realized colors are one of the best proofs that more than matter exists.

You cannot have color without consciousness.

GEtting even more high I questioned why is there such a limited amount of colors? Technically there is infinite (cause there are infinite number of fractions) but they only go from ~300nm to 800 nm or something close to that. What would (if we could see it) a 200nm wavelength look like?

My thought is actually that it would simply be violet. There are no "new" colors to be perceived. If I'm right, then getting even MORE high I wondered if colors are a symbolism to emotions and the other senses; are all conscious perceptions stemmed or connected in some way to our perception of the colors (an experience from a form of energy).

sorry if this makes no sense!

I onces read a book which was written by scientist, who was researching NDE's. He worked for years hospital, and everytime they saved a life, he heard story's and rumours from people who had NDE's. He created a whole research about it, and has listened to many many people, and among those story's there where also people telling him that they had seen colors which they had never seen before.... So maybe there are....
