Swim have nice tampanesis, and a strain print,so he bought 10 autoclave sacs by mistake,he needed only 5.So if swim uses little part of the spore solution in a jar with rye grass (which will be the substrate used for the spawn bags)will it be possible to separate the colonized substrate between 2 or more spawn bags.By experience, panaeolus mycelium is more fragile and its hard to do jar to jar colonization. Is it the same for the mexicana a ,and tampanesis strain. Will Teonancatl let me play with his children

What about sterilising grain in your bags and then injecting the spores into the bags and covering the hole afterwards ?

Yeah but i was talking about economy, swim have only 2 prints and 10 bags and he wanted to use them all.Maybe paying for more spores will be the best choice. You are right by keeping it simple, good result will be guaranteed.

Each print should make ....... loads ........ of spore syrynges . Put a quater of a print in a 20 ml syrynge and inoculate each bag with 2 ml .

Thank you God.Your answer was needed. The right topic name should been"How much spore solution is need to inoculate 500 gr rye grass"
