Shipping cross border within the EU.

I was hoping some of you people might help me with this one :?
Can so called legal highs go unrestricted thru customs within the EU if it is shipped fom another memberstate in the EU?

Someone from Germany, Sweden or Spain order Salvia Divinorum or Mimosa Hostilis rootbark from the Netherlands. Would this pose any problems as all these are members of the EU?

What it comes down to isn't nationality, it's what is and what isn't legal in each Country.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, as packages sent within the EU hardly ever get checked by customs.

The packets are checked . It gets sorted and divided into risk catagorys and then the ones that fit the bill get checked .

If you send letters you have a very good chance to get away with it .

Hmm, seems there are lots of exeptions to the EU/Schengen agreements. My question is not as easy to answer as I first hoped.
