san pedro liquid storage

i just made some pedro juice and was wondering how long can i store it in ice cold temp without losing its potency?(couldnt find any info around)

a simple boiling(4 hours) straining method, i dont handle chemicals good and dont have any experience but i could try but im afraid leaving chemical traces and stuff.
