Hi arimane, welcome to the madhouse!

Cacti (and mushrooms) are orally active. They don't need the presence of MAO inhibitors to be absorbed. Don't forget that although MAO-i indeed make certain tryptamines orally active, they also dull the nervous system. So rather than potentiating a trip, they slightly weaken it. In other words, "to make orally active" and "to potentiate" are not the same.

is mescaline containing cactus,generally s. pedro,with the b.caapi as maoi.
so actually both your options

yeah I know, I tried out p.cubensis with caapi,but was curious about the mix with mescaline.
