Safe dosage of Lucigenol

If a person were to acquire a 100 mg of Lucigenol what would be a good dose to start with and how would you measure that dose

dont know a lot about it. active dose 0.5-1 mg i hear

I was wondering how I could measure such small amounts do you have any suggestions. If I have 100mg how do I get 1 mg without using expensive weighing machines can I dissolve the Lucigenol in 100ml of water that way each milliliter would equal i gram. What do you think of that idea

If you are sure the ammount you have, disolve in water and use a syringe, use a little math to fiqure out how much you need.
