i was wondering... have you guys got a notebook, where you write your impressions, your trips, your recipes or whatever?

And what do you write there, mostly?

Just for curiosity =)

I do actually. Mostly I use it like a journal. I'll write the preparation of the substance (exactly enough that someone else could repeat it), followed by a detailed step by step of what happened and when. For example if I was going to do "Substance A" it would look like this:

Prepared Substance A by doing
This
This
Then This

T = 00:00 = 5:30 pm
Dosed 3 grams of Substance A.

T + :30
CEV start, mostly fractal patterns and geometric shapes

T + 1:00
OEV start, mostly a giant gnome walking around the room. Won't talk to me.

Etc. Etc. Etc. Until the trip finishes. Usually I'll write the actual report part after I come back down. I'm generally not in any shape / have any interest to write, during.

Hope this helps. I'd love to hear some other peoples responses to this.

I've got the same type of notebook, with recipes, dose and preparations.
Also with the time of trips, like "tipe 00:00 i take A, time 02:05 I see my hand becoming pillow", so on.

Usually I don't write at the moment, I use a vocal recorder and them I write it down.

Was such a stupid topic? No one answers...

hey. I have what you can call a psychonaut notebook . It is called a dream journal , besides its obvious function, it also serves to write poetry , momentary thoughts and drawings.

Really great when alone, entertaining and creating something beautiful while actually learning things about yourself.

I have a notebook, but I just write about life. Lately it has turned into an autobiography. I went through some crazy things and learnt a lot of life lessons since I have came to university. But none the less I write everyday. I enjoy it.

peace & love
Matthew
