having the GI tract looked at by endoscopy via the mouth hole. kinda looking forward to the anaesthesia. fit the profile of drug-seeking behavior much?

maybe, but damn, anaesthesia puts me into a weird headspace post-op. perhaps i'm partial to impulse decision making and incoherence then.

We are all drug seeking individuals, humans at least...

People all get high from something, for some its the movies for example, they get adrenalin or testosterone and then their body produces dopamine and endorphins and they're more high than some people who actually take the drugs.

I'd say it depends what they use for your anasthaeasiae *sp?*

If it's ketamine and you're getting an OOBE then perhaps , yes... but if its some shit they now use that gives you a headache... I'd change doctors.

Doctors who can't look at you and say : Oh well now you're going byebye, you're going to fly out of your body and perhaps remember it if you're lucky ! (all that with a smile) Then he shouldn't be trusted, I'd compare them to the big fat idiot who's smoking a cigarette and drinking a beer and says : "I don't do drugs, they're bad for you"

LOL

it defenitely wasn't ket or any benzo derivitaves, that's fersure.

i just remember falling asleep and waking up in a bed, mildly delirious. it's been an hour or so now and i'm just fine.

which comepletely spits in the face of my last anaesthetic procedure (at the dentist). it essentially obliterated my memory for the entire day and transformed me into an anger i couldn't control. that was a tad more fun.

but i would definitely agree that all people have their set addictions - substance or not. we each have some daily vice frequently practiced yet never needed.
