I voted other. I like the feeling of awe and wonder also. But I also like what I call "divine presence" that I feel any time on a 'trip'. Almost feels like there is a higher wisdom taking over, guiding my trip in what ever direction that it wants to go. I have no choice where the mushroom spirit takes me, but I do put trust in that where ever it takes me, is a safe and loving place.

The visuals, the AWE, the lessons but what i really love about mushrooms is the next day. When i wake up in silince, peace, to be and take a little walk outside. Hard to explain but most of you know how it is, i guess?

indeed, had i added all the different parts of a trip, the poll would have been very long! i do agree with what ya'll are saying. the divinity behind it all, is especially wonderous to me. i know whatever is in the shroom is out there regardless of us ingesting it, it exists independently and is always there. yet, at the same time, it is within us, a part of us. but still very very separate and very intertwined. oh boy. the anesthesia from the dentist is kicking. getting teeth pulled SUCKS. but it's a big mofo and the toothfairy had better pay up.

I like the feeling like a kid again, but I voted "other" because what I like even more is the (seldomly achieved) state of pure bliss, love and happiness. I have achieved that state like 5 or 6 times now, and it was like an explosion of pure love and joy inside my brain, something I can only describe as a mental orgasm.

The last time I had it I knew that I would never have to try dangerous drugs like heroin or crack in my life because they absolutely couldn't be better than this. Anything "better" isn't possible because then my head would explode - the feeling left no place for a comparative, it was the ultimate ecstasy (leaving the drug with that name far behind, although you can come close with it!)

Unfortunately this state of ecstasy can't be reached too easily on mushrooms, I have to do like 10 or even 20 strong trips to get it once. But the other trips are worthwile, too, so why not?

I chose visuals, because that's the only reason why I would trip rather than do MDMA for example, which gives all the other things.
