So i know that varying substances have greater or less weight to mass ratios, but if i were to be putting roughly 250 mgs of powder into a capsule, what size would fit the best. im willing to have some empty space.

My guess is size 2, but if you already have a sample of the powder, you can make a more accurate calculation using this table:
