Philosofers stones

Hi everyone,

I am going to buy some of these mushrooms. I have a doubt. As they are fresh, do I have to place in the fridge or can they be in somewhere else ?

I would suggest fridging them. I don't know if you can dry them?!? Maybe other people know this...

The Phil stones are pretty hard truffles with not much water in them. Just lay them somewhere openly and they will dry without problems.

Dried philosopher's stone can be eaten. But in my point of viex, it is better fresh.
