Education is key, not legalization or criminalization - I don't think someone should be able to go down to a shop and buy a drug that has little research on it or history with it. You're right in the fact that criminilaztion would probably result in a worse scenario, though.
The fact still stands though that people need to know what the fuck this compound does before it can be legal. The idea that it is sold in shops make it seem like it is safe, which by all accounts no drug is (sept thc I suppose), but gives the wrong vibe. If I see something in a headshop that is completely legal to buy I assume that it is safe for consumption, even with the labels of "Do not ingest".
I know JWH compounds aren't like cocaine or heroine in direct danger, but from some of the reports of cannabis-psychosis like symptoms being very prevelant I'd advise alot more education on the compound be done before it is outright sold to any bystander that is over 18.
