I'm headed to the deserts of SW USA tomorrow for two weeks, so I'll be offline for a while, if anyone cares 
When I come across them, I'm going to try chewing up to three Datura sp. seeds about an hour before bed to get some vivid dream action. I understand there are several species inhabiting the area, which is exciting for experimentation. I will photograph each source plant extensively and voice record the experience in the morning. Once I get back home, I can use the pics to identify the plant species and match that up with the experience.
Besides that little psychonautic venture, just being in this new place will be amazing! I learned HDR photography for the trip and am super stoked!!
