hi friends,
I growed on an professional agar cultur (bought from a lab) an mycelium from a strophoria cubensis and also other strains, like GT, B+.... and so on
After the mycelium developed fully I moved pices of it into several rye/water/gipsum glasses of 1 liter under steril conditions.
the mycel goes on growing but does not get contact with the rye....
...:-(
WHY????
its a high quality biological rye from svizzerland.
my water comes from my own well and works well on rice/vermiculit
inocculation with cubensis fanaticus.
can you help me to find out what I am doing wrong?
