no effects of lsd ??

Hey!!

Yesterday i took some lsd like on 10 pm or somethin but until now i have no effects... Meanwhile i had slept for some hours, too..
After i had swallowed first a half blotter and then the other half i had eaten some breat with butter and cheese and marmelade and also drank some tap water ... so was the blotter too shitty ?? i cant be immune can i ??? i read somewhere that tap water isn't good for acid, but i only drank like two sips after i remember reading it in the internet... oh yeah... and i had smoked quite some weed before and after taking the blotters...

Did you immediately swallow it or did you hold it in your mouth for some time?
Also, I find when I take half and redose half an hour later the trip is less intense.
The blotter could be shit: low dosed and/or damaged by heat, UV,...

yup. also even if it was a weak blotter, you should have felt at least something, unless there was almost nothing left on that tab

well i didnt swallow it immediately.. kept it some time in my mouth but then it wrapped up and so i swallowed it... and well i did in fact feel something, but as i said i was also veeeery stoned so i dont know

and well yeah maybe it was 30 secs in the light or somethign ?? and what heat makes harm to it ??? and as i said i drank maybe 2 sips of evil tap water ... did it desttroy my lsd or was it just bad lsd or whats going on...

also 1 blotter 1 have still left so i will see...

a few seconds of light and tap water won't do anything. if you left it out in the open for a while or in a warm place it would degrade slowly. i've ruined tabs by leaving them in my wallet for a month (where it's warm and somewhat exposed to oxygen), they still worked but were noticeably weaker

personally pot amplifies acid for me like crazy, maybe it's different for you but if i smoke pot during an acid trip i usually end up getting visuals and time distortion like mad

i would say, take 2 next time but as you only have one left, take the whole tab and maybe if you prepare a bit in advance it might heighten the effects a bit, even if it's a weak tab

maybe also one reason for no or very little effects could be because i ate something after taking the hits ?? and i think i remember i ate like 3-4 hours or something before, too.... i don't know with the smoking weed... i smoked like crazy also in many mushroom trips and it was also amplified by it so its kind of strange...

Blotters can be sooo different in strength. I remember buying one from a street dealer years ago and it was maybe 50mics, the whole thing was just a weak party-dose. Don't know how long that thing had been in people's pockets before I bought it. I heard they liked to "copy" blotters back then: take a good sheet and one that contains nothing, press them together for a while (and moisturize? I don't know). After a while the good stuff is split up in both sheets, and your profit doubles...

The good blotters always left me no choice if they were good or not. I remember once I bought a few that I was told were really good (they were Hofmann 2000's, I guess that was in 2000). I took 1/4 of one blotter to check it out. I had a bong after that and suddenly I was tripping more than I wanted to. It really freaked me out because I had to go out with sober people later on and I almost called in sick because that 1/4 was so strong - supposedly also 50mics...

seems to me you got weak/old/crappy blotters...

since we are in the topic of getting no effects from lsd: if someone ate a blotter with the tinfoil still wrapped around it... would this make the thing completely indigestible? has this occurred with anyone you know? this happened to a friend, got zero effects and a scolding from me... anyway i had another blotter from the same source and i tripped alright. (my friend made a topic about it here but i think you all laughed at him )

well my friend here this time he said he brought me good LSD and well i don't know what it is in fact.... obviously it appears to be some light-greenish powder or somethin of the sorts.... can that be LSD ??? or anybody of you maybe knows what it could be instead ????

Last week I took three blotters, received from the artist who did the artwork for them. I actually spit the blotters out after about a minute or two, then laid down in the dark to wait for the effects, and remained in that position for a couple of hours. Although I was tripping, something I noticed especially when I went to the bathroom, it didn't feel overwhelming (just very tranquil), and I can only imagine how disappointed I would have been had I taken only one blotter.

Often had mates on a first time who feel next to nothing if its, shitty, old, not stored well etc. Once you have a few good ones, then pretty much every time its good. Happy tripping
