Thank you. Will look into that. Since I react so strangely to pretty much everything I will try it at its suggested dosage. (All the suggest ways to prep yourself) but I may also try putting it into my car and seeing what happens as making it a part of my CD rotation. I listen to the same music over and over again for months or more. Had the same 10 CDs in my car for the past 3 years. All of them are psytrance except for one of some random favorites of techno that I recorded off of shoutcasts. I suspect that what I will find is if I start to make your CD a portion of my regiment at a conscios level and then leave it in my car as part of the random rotation I will find myself linking the two and slipping into memory versions of the same mental state from triggers in the CD to the original experiences. I very frequently find that because I go to the same places over and over again in my car and listen to the same music over and over again in my char my waveform finds a rhythm that augments and somewhat manages itself naturally.

DO NOT use it in your car!
The binaural is set to drop you into the semi-dreaming theta state.
If it works in the car you'll crash!

Also, you *must* use headphones or it will not work at all well.
Apart from that, it is very boring - it is designed to be, so be as bored as you like while listening. No need to concentrate - just the opposite.

Whats this called? I wanna reference it in my trip report. God told me to toss it on headphones so it interacts with me at a sub conscious level while I do other things. Smoked some salvia for one thing so I got that in my system too.
