Jeremy Narby is the author of The Cosmic Serpent, DNA and the Origins of Knowledge. Izmar Verhage, a dedicated Dutch psychonaut and musician, interviewed Jeremy by phone, of which a transcript can now be read on
www.ayahuasca-info.com.

To hear some of Izmar's tunes, go to www.izmarmusic.com.

I hear a lot of good things about Jeremy Narby and this book,
i think my next book will be his book of the The Cosmic Serpent.

Nice read btw.

I got that book yesterday, and I already read 100 pages, it's a very good read. I'll finish that one soon :)

A very interesting interview! Thanks!

I finished the book yesterday. and wow, this is awesome. I really like his ideas, as he merges shamanism with science, in a way.

this book changed a lot for me. I never really realised that every living organism always is made up by dna. of course I knew it, but now I realised it.
love it.

I'm going to buy "intelligence in nature" on monday :D I'm really looking forward to reading it

I think that the first thing to do if you are for example in South America and you go to one of these places where they're going to be serving ayahuasca, is to speak with the person who prepared it and say "Well, what did you put in it, how long did you boil it, where did the plants come from, in what pot did you make it?" And a key question to ask folks is "How much Datura did you put in it?"

LOL, that might kind of heat up the on-going discussion about datura...
