I used to have a bumper sticker "Warning driver has been known to cause halucinations" because I have but my dad made me take it off cuz it upset him too much about my 'bad' psychedelic days.

Someday I wanna get a license plate that fits the theme. Like TRIPPIN or TRPN or TRIPIN or TRIPEN or whatever isnt taken. But havnt had the 150bucks it would cost for a custom for that yet.

Hehe. I get a variety of a reactions. Lots of thumbs up and praise gods. Offended Christians lol (my favorite kind hehe).

I regularly get people taking pictures of the back of my van. Have people follow me for half a mile into a gas station parking lot, get out snap a photo and drive off.

People lean forward in their cars with their cellphones trying to take shots.

See people in my rear view pointing and talking. Probably a large variety of responses.

The key point is to stir people up out of their 'social norm perspective' on Christianity. Get away from the cliche wwjd, no jesus no peace, know jesus know peace and all the other one liner zingers you see on bumper stickers. The funny thing is some of those came from an anti-christian website lol.

This was my dad's car and though I kept the love my wife I actually chipped off his 'jesus fish' with a screw driver. If your in person you can see the outline where I couldnt get all the glue off.

I just hate the way people have ruined the faith by turning it into a religion. So much of it is 'in club' clique mentality. I've got my pithy tshirt saying and I know how to use it kind of stuff. I mean one of the stupidist things in my opinion was going to men's conferences and seeing a sea of people in cliche quote shirts and bad rip offs of pop culture. "Jesus inside" instead of "Intel Inside" "Nike" rip offs. Etc..

Cant think for themselves sometimes. Yes there is a level of submission to Christ but he doesnt want automatons either. He likes people who challenge, who fight, who put up a fight.

My first week of 'being saved' was me saying to God 'get the fuck away from me'. I fought tooth and nail to get UNSAVED. No joke! I hated it. I didnt like anything that 'Christians' had to offer me and I didnt want any part of that 'religion'. It was after that week of fighting and God said to me "Are you finished?" and I actual sat down and listened he showed me how the relationship is about being yourself and finding your own path and letting him help you do it.

Some people go the cliche route sure, and if it works for them fine, but I despise it.

I'm sure some of the people that pass me and cut me off are doing it because of the bumper stickers. But that is a fine reaction to me. It means they read them. It means they thought about them and it means they thought about how they make them feel. Any reaction is a good reaction so long as its a real reaction and not someone else's. Its all about stirring people up and getting them to think.

Anyway, enough of my soapbox, time to put it to good use and wash the clothing and do the dishes.
