yeah, but maybe i should indeed let my conscious attention direct more towards that dedication, as efficient means for killing that boredom. :P
 
read about nuclear energy.
 
watch c-span for a bit. not only will you NEVER say "im bored" again after watching it, (due to how painfully boring it is.. nothing will ever compare to it) but you might accidentally learn something too! :idea:

It's just a rewriting of Schrödinger's equation E?=H?.
H being the energy operator (or hamiltonian), it can be separated into a kinetic energy operator and a potential energy operator, so: H?=T?+V?.

here the equation is for one dimensional problems (x), but for 3-dimensional problem you use the Laplacian instead of the second derivative of x.

The laplacian is just a really ugly derivative of the positions in x,y,z space. Really ugly if you're in spherical:
