Hey guys, i was just wondering if i should put my 1 1/2 month old peyotes in the sun yet? i have them under a 60watt light, and try to bring them in the sun for 1-2 hours a day.. i was just wondering if i should be leaving them in the window sill longer? or if they are still to small, and may burn too quickly?

any advice would be appreciated! thanks guy.

Never direct sun! Always use a shading. You know that coated waxed paper? About two layer of that on my window blocks most of the harsh sun, since yours are still 1 1/2 months, I would recommond 3 or even 4 sheets thick of that coated waxy paper.

PEACE & LOVE

yeah the temperature is more important than the direct sun, which maybe can be harmful at that age of the baby. ;)

what you can consider depending on where you live and how hot the sun there is, is putting them 1 hour in the sun in evening and 1 hour in the sun in the morning or maybe more or less than 1 hour i dunno, because the harmful radiation from the sun is weak in evening, morning. you will figure it out i guess.

peace!< 8)

well im glad u guys told me that... iv been putting them in my room by the windows for like 1-2 hours at a time.. kinda worried that they may get sun burnt
