Is Manifesting the Mind: Footprints of the Shaman by Bouncing Bear any good? I'm interested in buying a copy, but at $20 I'd like to be sure it's worth it.

"The first of a 3-part series, this film is a discussion relating to Shamanism, psychedelics, drug addiction, DMT, communication with plant spirits, modern religion vs. Shamanism, culture and the drug war, the ancient mysteries, the amanita muscaria, Soma, and much more!

--- Timothy Freke & Peter Gandy discuss psychedelics on camera for the first time.

--- Dr. Rick Strassman discusses DMT in the brains of humans.

--- Dr. Dennis McKenna explains why the dominator culture is afraid of psychedelics.

--- A long lost interview with Terence McKenna has been recovered and woven into this film.

--- Alex Grey talks about the importance of psychedelics in our culture.

--- --- --- --- A Film by Andrew Rutajit --- --- --- ---

Interviews include - Robert Bussinger, Mike Crowley, Timothy Freke, Peter Gandy, Alex Grey, Clark Heinrich, Nick Herbert, John Major Jenkins, Dennis McKenna, Terence McKenna, Daniel Pinchbeck, and Dr. Rick Strassman."

it looks good from what I've seen

Not sure if it's worth it, as it's a low budget production, but just see the 20 bucks as a donation to Andrew Rutajit who made this and a couple of other interesting documentaries.
