To someone relatively new to the world of psychonautics, could someone give me a little further insight about Lucid Dreaming? It seems very interesting from what little I've picked up on, but I'd like to learn more about it, and perhaps how to induce myself into this hypnagogic state. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

That actually proved to be incredibly helpful. Thank you very much!

No problem. I think more people should know about/practice lucid dreaming. You can do anything you want in your dreams, every night, and control everything.

It's incredible. The human mind is so powerful that it cannot grasp it's own form of existence. I love the human mind!

thanks for this :D

I've had a few short encounters with lucid dreaming when I had been taking 2g of L-tryptophane (an essential amino acid) in the evening. For really controlling lucid dreams you need to practice no doubt, but I accidentally had lucid dreams with the l-tryptophane, without practising or anything.
Most of the time the stuff just makes your dreams more vivid though, and it boosts your serotonine levels. It's not a drug, it's a dietary supplement, but when you take 2g you "overdose" on it, and then it tends to boost the serotonine production.
