Hello
This will be my peyotes first actual winter. Seeing how I planted them last year in December, they really have already surieved in the winter as young babys. I was wondering, I have a grow light that I use at night when the sun is not there to provide light. My cacti wake up to the light with a heating blanket, then go to the window on a heating blanket, with a plastic covering to keep their envirnoment warm. When it gets dark again, they go back under the grow light, with the heating blanket. So they are warm through the winter. I was wondering if I should water them just as usual as I do now. I know you are suppose to slow down the watering in the winter to get your cacti through the winter without root rot, but these peyotes winter will be warm, just like summer, so should I water the same, or reduce??
thanks, peace
