It's been a few months now that I've been hovering above the psychonaut forum, reading through a lot of topics and I finally decided to register an acount.
My nick is Ravola, I'm currently 18 years old and living in the Netherlands. My interests vary from nature and shamanism, to painting, reading and computers.
For a very long time I've been against drugs and stimulants (varying from caffeine to shrooms), not because I thought it was bad but because I believed that everything you experience with it, could be achieved through altering your mindset on your own will, or proper meditation to reach trance-like states. I still believe that, but not so strong as I used to. There are a lot of things you can do on your own, but certain things can only be done by hallucinogenic drugs.
I'm still no big fan of alcohol (never drank it till two months back) and I think that smoking cannabis should be recreational and not something you do every day before breakfast. And after breakfast. And before lunch, etc
I started smoking cannabis about one and a half year ago, and had a very strong space cake 6 or 7 months back. It was so strong that 3 outof the 8 persons who ate it (including me), totally started to trip. I managed to enjoy the ride (even though I can remember very little since my memory only had a 3 - 5 second span) and realized that I wanted to experience more things like this.
My search on the internet started and I landed on the psychonaut forum, but it stayed with reading. When I heard that the Dutch government wanted to make magic mushrooms illegal, it was the push for me to go out and buy some
(probably not the effect the government had in mind :lol: )
I tried it out last night, and it was indescribably great. Maybe I'll post a trip report when I ever finish to put my memories back in the right order.
