well, first off i have this theory. i dont know if anyone has done it before or if it would even work however.

lets say you manage to extract 5-10 grams of pure DMT, then put this DMT in solution (distilled water or something of the sort) and watered your growing pot plants with it. would the DMT then be drawn up into the plant and excreted through the leaves and buds to recrystalize as DMT naturally filtered through the weed. then simply pick, hang, and smoke.

please tell me what you guys think, if it would work or not. and anyone with the materials needed who is willing to attempt this, please let me know the outcome

Isn't Cannabis + DMT a slightly strange combination? I mean I haven't ever experienced the latter but hearing the stories it seems that it's not the best combo with pot?

When you extract DMT, you can actually scrub the jars with MJ or Salvia they say, so if you're looking for the effect it'd provide, that'd be it. Not quite the DMT trip, but supposedly nice.

I have heard about growing shrooms on DMT containing substrate, but in this proces DMT converts to psilocybin.
I guess this wouldn't work with MJ.

i dont know, it was just an interesting theory. i know it probably wouldnt lend enough DMT for a heavy trip. however it would be some damn good weed.

If you're lucky enough to have some pure dmt crystals, I wouldn't mess them up by putting them on weed or something. Why don't you smoke a joint or a bowl of weed and then smoke the dmt if you want to have both effects at once?

All I can see the plant doing is breaking down the DMT / only taking up stuff thats broken down naturally in the soil - the plant would just use the DMT as a nitrogen source to make proteins.

My advice: don't waste your DMT!

What your suggesting would be like turning gold into lead or using £50 notes to light your pipe.

As tryptonaut said, if you really want to mix MJ and DMT smoke the weed then DMT.

That would be something like growing strawberries on apple trees which kind of defeats the purpose of the apple tree evolving for millions of years to create....apples

The combination DMT/shroom growing supposedly works, makes for more potent shrooms. I guess you could instead use tryptophan which is much cheaper and not so interesting to smoke

the dmt would be meabolised as a food by the plant and soil microbes i guess. give it MAOI too though i doudt itd make a difference
