how you do it? and for what reasons/purposes?? i figured it's not always easy. attention takes focus within our minds, like light thru a lens. maybe the analogy is valid furthermore and if you focus your attention enough, you might thus even burn yourself? well feeling is electricity at some level and therefore we might say, you could burn yourself in the sense that your neurons or the whole brain could overcharge, by being electrical circuits. so perception is feeling and even thinking might be declared to be feeling. hmm but what is left?
yes, consciousness or rather many different layers or levels of it being stacked. awareness also goes a-round (forms) in the triangle structure and is subtly bound to karmic reality. karma is what goes a-round and comes a-round, really. so this just means cause and effect, but maybe on a higher level "just" like mechanical, physical impulses. let me know what you think!

peace :weedman:

ignoring things... I used to do that willingly, but you can't. If you are meant to see something - it will be there.

Of course, we filter out the majority of our reality in perception.

exactly, i guess that's the reason, why most people live mostly in their own little and unfair worlds.

"Life is suffering". I got to say, as far as simple religious statements going a long way, that's a pretty impressive one.
