give 'em little more time and they will be fine and ready to be eaten. =) best time for harvesting is when they have opened the caps which should be a bit round... i mean by that you have to harvest them before them sending spores out and after opening the caps. and that is the point when the caps are kind of round ... they get flatter (the caps) when they reach the state of sending the spores...
