I think i was mistaken

I`ve said things about how high a PH one can make a solution with water with drain cleaner , for instance that i could only get a solution up to PH 13.7 with it . I also said i could only get a sturated solution up to PH 13.2 . I must take that back as i think my PH meter must be broken . I just tried it . I cleaned my toilet with drain cleaner and measured the water first and then added a few big spoon fulls of drain cleaner and my PH meter said it was 14.27 so something is wrong . Sorry for the unreliable unformation .

Hey no problem man, we all just try to contribute, you don't need to apologise, your pH meter was broken, big deal. You couldn't know it was wrong.
