i just found out that Magnesium is the second most prominent element in our bodies,
and was thinking that Human combustion sounds alot like when you ignite a strip of magnesium over a flame.

Well, the human body is also full of water, and this is what you can read on magnesium.com : "Water should never be used on a magnesium fire because the water will dissociate into oxygen and hydrogen, accelerating the fire and creating an explosion hazard."

So that could sound right, if only human combustion was proven to exist.

there is no elemental magnesium in the human body. it has all already been burned, if you will.
vitamin B10 has some interesting properties. if spontaneous combustion exists i suspect B10 may be involved
