I have a HPS lamp in use ,so i was wondering if i can put my mushi box in the growing chamber, since its hot there.By putting them under the lamp, should i provide some kind of shade? The lamp is 18 h on,i guess mushrooms don't need that much light, but i will manage that.If HPS lamp isn't harmful for them, how long should i keep them under the source of light?I'm using fluorescent lamp for now,but using 2 lamps is a waste i guess.

shrooms need warmth and moist.
wouldn't it be better to use a red heating lamp? or a keramic lamp?

cuz HPS is for farming weed, right? so gives a lot of light. and shrooms don't need that much light, right?

how many kelvin is the lamp?
how many degrees are there in the fruiting chamber?

18 hours is A LOT .
10 hours per day,max 12,18 will burn them up

250 w 29 C ,and i am growing other stuff,i just wanted to know if 8 to 10 hours under the lamp will be good for them, since im using the lamp , why not put the shrooms there too.Ill cover them after the 8 - 10 hours. The light wont be direct, ill put the mushi box in a shade,so the light will be reflected only from all sides in the growing chamber.

Buds use lumens, muchrooms use kelvins. I believe you want something with a high kelvin, there's info on it at shroomery if no where else.

the best kelvin is 6500 daylight, and you can also put under direct light if it's so(I do it and have no problems)
8 hours per day is too little.
The best is from 10 to 12

HPS is WAY too bright. mushrooms dont usually get direct HOT red light. like the others said earlier, moisture + heat = zoom zoom!

8-10 hours should be plenty of light

Basil loves the edges of a grow room. off topic i know but but its a shame to waste that light

Problem solved i guess,my room8 convinced me that we need 225 blue led panel for growth,so i guess this will help my mushi's too.

AFAIK mushrooms don't really need light at all, they just need it to know where "up" is. If you want to put them there because it's warm, you might want to cover their housing in ND gel. That is neutral density filter foil, used to reduce light from light sources like floodlights. It's like sunglasses, but I'm not sure if it effectively reduces UV light as well - which also might be a problem for your shrooms.
