i've found that to me is enough to have one of the personal, self-oriented trips, every six months. in fact, i just had one that left me with the feeling of not wanting to do lsd again... i feel drained, but in a positive way. as in, i feel i have all my personal issues in order and going for another high dose solo trip would just be totally unnecessary and tiresome. as a matter of fact i would actually be scared if i were in such a position since i truly feel i got my things in order; what would i say when the questions arise?
and, wouldn't an ideal trip just be a one time thing? i mean ideal in the sense we talk of an utopia; a concept that in practice does not exists but it's still useful as a figure of speech. so i mean THE trip, you know, one that shakes your soul and sets you straight. a spiritual slap in the face. an experience that wakes you up so you can live as a responsible, careful, happy individual thereafter. in this way i can see that a guy who has done a lot of trips does not necessarily deserve my admiration... or well maybe it's a sign he had a lot of things to amend...
and whoa i don't dare to say such a thing as i won't trip again (i said lsd because is the most accessible one for me and the one i've used in my 5 experiences so far) but it's the way i feel now and i guess it shows i've reached a good, stable mind. let's see how i feel in six months from now!
if i were to trip now it would be out of curiosity, like trying a psychedelic distinct to lsd, or pure hedonistic purposes, which i'm not comfortable with since that's why i have cannabis anyway.
so how often do you trip?
