HOW CAN I DRY AND THEN CONSERVE MY MUSHROOMS?

Hi to all,
i harvested yesterday my mushrooms, now i would like to know how can i dry them, and also how can i conserve them if i would use them for example in 2 weeks (such as at which temperature, where, ecc...)
Can i conserve them fresh for 1/2 weeks without dry them?

Hello,

First of all, in some countries it may be found illegal to dry these mushrooms. Weird since it is something they do totally by themselfs when you put them on a piece of paper out of the sun.

It depends on which mushroom you have, but you can store most of them a couple of days in the fridge. Which mushroom did you grow ?

If you want to dry them, just leave them alone in a dry environment and they will dry in a couple of days.

Hi , you can put your shroom under a light spot and put a black tee-shirt on your shrooms , you need a good distance between the spot and shrooms /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif You can use a 50W lampe...
