so hey im kyle people call me stoxy though witch i prefer
im in college doing Computing witch is aqlright cause im good at it
my drugs experience are that ive done a few i prefer to do mdma and LSD at the moment and in the past 2 weeks i have ate 3 grams of mdma and i feel like shit if anyone know of a quick way for my serotanin to recover please tell me cause it is a anging feeling. also i want to be trying DMT to soon but can someone tell if it is a good idea to do seeing as im a big guy and i think i have a high blood pressure if i am going to do dmt i was going to get a gram and share it with my firends i was also going to meditate before i do it because i always do before i do psychadelics. i have also do some reaserch chemicals witch i am strongley against because the dealers say it is ACID but its not and they should not be doing that some of the reserch chems i have are DOB and 25i-nbome if some one can tell me why the dealers are selling stuff like this instead of Acid because i really prefer the effects of the acid. i normally go by the rule 'if its bitter its a spitter' but if i just want to trip and learn something new and there is no acid then this is the result i am left with.

hey thanks got the advice about the mdma
and yeah it was a bad experience
2 weeks ago a ate about 2 grams cause i was irresponsible and stupid
it brought on a trip one of the most intence ones that i have had
but it was negative it was probs because i had no seratonin left
i also nearly drowneded on night but i threw it up

My advice, leave MDMA !
 
5-htp (tryptophan) is good, as it is a precursor to serotonin. avoid supplements for 5-htp, as they are not nearly as bioavailable as sources from food are, and most of the foods containing tryptophan are ones you probably consume on a regular basis anyways, but don't realize.

all meats (including fish), walnuts, almonds, cashews and pecans are wonderful sources of 5-htp, but most nuts are pretty high in this pound for pound. chia, flax and pumpkin seeds are especially good for overall brain health, because they not only contain 5-htp, they contain brain-supporting nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, which work hand in hand with 5-HTP to support brain health by insulating all of the neurons (see: "myelin sheath")that have been overstimulated. aside from protein sources, other good sources are bananas, cantaloupe, oranges, avocados, broccoli, brussels sprouts, collard greens, peas, potatoes, and spinach.

pretty much just eat some quality home-cooked food for a couple days and your brain will be right as rain. avoid processed things like chips, breads, and anything with refined sugar in it.

thanks for the advice dude and it is pretty much all i have been doing eating properly i feel alot better
had a sober weekend without md this weekend and im going to try and carry on so my tollerence goes down
next weekend though i have been invited to a psytrance gig i would take acid but i know most dealers round here have reaserch chemicals
i have been offerd 25-i nbome i dont know much about this drug so if someone would like to explain and if i would be alright taking it
im not talking like long term effects cause i know no body knows them i mean if i take 1 tab i wont be in hospital etc. i am a big guy btw and cause i am big
i do belive i have a high blood pressure. no body is selling clean acid all we have round here is 25i nbome, bromo dragon fly and DOB stuff like that
 
i just want clean acid or dmt but everyone is buying reaserch chems of the silk road because there like a quid a tab so they can make money on them
 
extracting dmt is relatively simple. i wouldn't bother trying to buy it. lsd on the other hand is no easy feat, which is why i am often skeptical whether it is truly what it's claimed to be. i avoid anything i can't readily distinguish with the eye
 
its relatively simple really i dont know how if you have the time id be happy to listen to how to extract it cause dmt is prett hard to get hold of in the UK i only see them selling changa and i dont exactly know what that is
