hey everyone,

I'm here for a menial purpose, to contact someone's account on this forums in hopes of finding more information about Canadian law. How does the private messaging system work and am I restricted from doing so until a certain point?

if you are truly here to learn about canadian law, you must stick around as a new user until you have made at least 20 valid posts. if you are posting in a way that does not contribute to a thread or posting rapidly for no apparent reason, aka if you are posting just to get your post count up, then your posts will likely be deleted, and you could also be banned. this is to keep users from spamming, and also to help protect the privacy of our trusted members.

this said, i see no reason why discussion of law must take place in private message. why not start a new thread? you'll have more opportunity to learn this way. forum-12.html

as always, be mindful of ones personal information, then there is little to worry about.
