Hi. I'll explain my user name later. I've had some great trips in my day. Up till the other night, it had been many years since my last experience. That was with liberty cap mushies in Scotland, and it was unforgettable. Lately, I've been reminiscing about the old days and craving a trip. I'd heard about morning glory seeds, HBWR, etc. and decided to give the former a try. The first two times, I used cold distilled water and lemon juice, with ground heavenly blue seeds (400 first, then ten days later, 800). I didn't even catch a buzz. So I finally got my nerve up enough to ignore the prevalent warnings about nausea. I coarsely ground 800 seeds and chewed them. It was a little nasty, but not really all that bad. Three hours later, I was gone, and I mean gone. For awhile, I really had to struggle to keep from becoming a raving lunatic! I laid back on the couch in my dark living room and managed to get a grip, but it was difficult to say the least. The visuals were every bit as heavy as any I remember. I tripped hard for 5 hours. If I do them again, just plain old chewing will be my method.

I selected my user name because I'm of Scottish heritage and I wish I could say I come from there. I'd love to be there, especially in October for harvest time (and I don't mean picking tatties!) Oh, I forgot to mention that I didn't get nauseous in the slightest on the heavenly blues. Maybe I was just too high to notice??

I ate 4 HBWR and I wanted to pump my stomach. I'm weak when it comes to naseau, always have been. I didn't even get that much of a trip, just a bit of a sharp yet blurry vision.

I'd just go with cold water, that way you can put in some honey, or what have you for flavor. I hate chewing dirt, bitter dirt at that.

I alway's crush them, put them in water. Wait for more then 10 hours.
Filter the water using a coffee filter.

Lsa seeds contain toxic glucosides, which lead to peroxide formation in your cells.

An estimated 400 million people worldwide are deficient in the enzyme required to cope with this heavy oxidative stress. It's the most common human enzyme deficiency.

A cold water extraction should get rid of them.

EDIT: They are another class of glycosides (cyanogenic)

.... :smoke:
