we should eat fresh and healthy food and vegetables,
which makes us healthy and also doing exercise....
 
And stay with the organic stuff! Preferably out of your own garden (organic stuff in The Netherlands isn't 100% organic, it can allready have a BIO certificate when it's mostly organic...)
