hey everyone!!
anyone else has made experiences with healing meditation videos?? i think there are some that are really good... but yeah, everyone's brain is not the same...
in the following one i simply put some relaxing music in the background and then it was somehow interesting.. because i can't really deal with the frequencies lol.. but somehow it really disgusted me also...
i said it was somehow interesting, but i really think it's basically the most stupid shit that ever existed.
hmmm.. i at first thought it's really about healing, but then i am not really sure about that now...
so please be really really careful with that, maybe it's not real healing but only stupid...any thoughts or other links??? maybe i will post other links later...
