Damn, they took the posibility away to buy shrooms!
So we have to grow them now, thank God there's still a chance for that!
I have a question though!

I have thrown spores on agar agar, but after more then a week, still no mycelium, not even the slightest bit!
It is on a temperature of 28°C in the complete dark .
What now? I have made a syringe from what was left of the sporeprint and injected it in rye.
Still no succes guys!
I have succeeded other mushrooms, but this ones keep me waiting

.what have you added to the agar?
you have to add a few calories and vitamins. malt extract works quite well

agar is a protein derived from marine algae. only marine bacteria [etc.] can produce the enzymes necessary to break it down thats why its used in culture media, because it is just a neutral matrix. around 2% malt extract is about right i think
