Does anybody know where to get seeds off the internet that actually ship to the USA?

Nope.
Best bet is to talk to whoever you get herb from; if it's a dispensary, you're kinda out of luck unless you have a license to grow.

Hey, I'm pretty sure no one can actually tell you if they know. I can think of one, so I recommend using google. Plus you have the following options:
1) If you have access to medical prescription you can get clones which are already female
2) You can find a seed in your next bag
3) You can ask a friend to get you some from a country that's legal (or that allows shipping of seeds)
4) MOVE...

some dutch companies will post there, (or they did) but like they say, ... its completely at your own risk
At least they understand you like "souvineers"
if they cant post directly because of the ever changing cannabis laws, they might have a authorised distributor, who lives on some little sunny island in atlantis who will post to you it worth reading a bit more about the company you want the souvineers from and seeing if they have such a distributor, or just e-mail them. :idea:
